FairLife L.C.C. is the first and only non-profit organization in Greece, exclusively dedicated to lung cancer, the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide.
Our mission is to educate the public about prevention and early diagnosis of lung cancer and provide holistic support for people, impacted by the disease, so as to improve quality of life from diagnosis to treatment. We advocate for universal access to information, diagnostic tests, and innovative treatments, without any form of social exclusion.
FairLife was created by Korina Pateli – Bell in memory of her husband, Simon Bell, who lost his battle with lung cancer in August 2020.
What distinguishes our work is our commitment to evidence-based, scientific, and well-documented information, developed through collaboration with 25 organizations and scientific bodies at national and international level, as well as more than 85 distinguished Greek and international scientists.
FairLife L.C.C., recognized as “Organization of the Year 2024” by the Patient Partnership Awards, has been distinguished 20 times for its commitment to initiatives that promote awareness, provide guidance, and offer psychological support to every person facing lung cancer.
For your better understanding of our work and its impact, we are sharing our communication material below. We hope it will inspire you and open the way for further discussion regarding potential joint initiatives.
